The Cranbourne Major Activity Centre Structure Plan 2020 sets a long-term vision and provides planning and development guidelines to manage the anticipated growth in and around Cranbourne over the next 30 years.
Scope
The Cranbourne Major Activity Centre Structure Plan 2020 will inform the development and redevelopment of the Cranbourne Major Activity Centre. The plan provides principles, objectives and guidelines to inform how the area should grow and change over time. Structure Plans are informed by background research which helps us understand what an area may need in the future and what key projects, changes or development will support this.
Amendment C275case to the Casey Planning Scheme which implements the Cranbourne Major Activity Centre Structure Plan 2020 was approved by the Minister for Planning on 28 November 2023.
