Council elections will take place on Saturday, 26 October. We will be entering the pre-election period, known as the Caretaker Period, from Tuesday, 17 September.

Pay a fine

If you received a parking or animal infringement notice, you can pay it online. You must have:

  • Your Infringement notice (you will need your reference number)
  • A Visa or MasterCard

Nominate another person - parking infringements

To nominate another driver, please include their name, Australian postal address, drivers licence number and date of birth.

If you cannot submit the online form, please complete an Operator Owner Onus form.

Request a review

If you believe you should not have received a fine, you are entitled to request a review. You are only entitled to 1 review for a fine.

Apply for an extension of time or payment plan

If you cannot pay your infringement by the due date, you may request an extension of time to pay. You must make this request before the due date. 

If you cannot afford to pay the infringement in full, you may apply for a payment plan or extension to pay your penalty off over time. You will need to apply before the due date as stated on your infringement notice. 

If you would like your infringement on a Payment Plan managed by Fines Victoria, you can submit your request online with the City of Casey and specify you would like Fines Victoria to manage the Payment Plan. We will refer it on your behalf. Alternatively you can contact the Customer Service team on 9705 5200.
