Gwendoline Children's Centre has one large room and small room available.

Council elections will take place on Saturday, 26 October. We will be entering the pre-election period, known as the Caretaker Period, from Tuesday, 17 September.

Summary

Gwendoline Children's Centre offers a large community room and a small community meeting room available for hire.  

This facility is ideally suited to support the delivery of a variety of programs, activities and events, including but not limited to; 

  • Health and wellbeing programs 
  • Indoor sport and fitness programs 
  • Family & Children’s programs and activities 
  • Education and training sessions.

Hire

This facility will be available in 2024.

Bond

The bond is $300.

Bonds are charged per centre and are in place to cover costs associated with damage to the facility caused by the hirer and/or hirer’s not returning keys/access cards.  

Bonds are fully refundable at the conclusion of the hire term provided all terms and conditions of hire are met. 

Additional Fees 

Public liability insurance is available for an additional $15 per hire for hirer’s that don’t hold their own insurance.

If your event requires a clean as a result of hiring on a public holiday, a higher rate will be charged to hirer.

Additional information 

There is limited storage available onsite for regular hirers. Requests for onsite storage will be assessed on a case by case basis.
