Purpose

The purpose of the Development Plan is to demonstrate the general form of use and development of the land before a planning permit can be issued.

Scope

This Development Plan applies to the land at 6 Fullard Road in Narre Warren. It provides guidance on how the site will be developed for medium density housing, including development up to 8 stories.
