Nominate another driver for a fine

If you received a parking fine, you can nominate another person if they committed the offence.

You must:

submit your nomination via the form below or by completing a Statutory Declaration
only nominate a person 18 years of age or older (at the time of the offence)
nominate another 'person' before the Penalty Reminder Notice (PRN) due date, or it will be rejected.

What happens after you nominate another driver?

We will process nomination requests within 10 days of receiving them
You will receive notice by letter if the new driver has accepted the infringement.
A revised infringement notice will be sent to the nominated driver.
