Clyde Township Community Centre offers a large community room and small community meeting room available for hire.  

This facility is best suited for programs, activities and events including, but not limited to: 

  • Health and wellbeing programs
  • Indoor sport and fitness programs
  • Family and children’s programs and activities
  • Education and training sessions 

Hire

Please fill out the relevant form, allowing 14 working days for processing.

Casual hire: if you want to make a one-off booking, such as a training day or a birthday party.

Regular hire: if you want to make a regular, ongoing booking with multiple dates. For example, a weekly yoga group.

Bond

Bonds are charged to cover costs associated with damage to the facility caused by the hirer and/or hirer’s not returning keys/access cards.   

Bonds are fully refundable at the end of the hire if all terms and conditions of hire are met.

Additional fees 

If you do not have Public Liability Insurance, it is available for an extra $15 per hire. This applies to community/not-for-profit groups and private functions. 

If your event requires a clean as a result of hiring on a public holiday, a higher rate will be charged to hirer.

Additional information

There is limited storage available onsite for regular hirers. Requests for onsite storage will be assessed on a case by case basis.
