Building Over Easements and/ or near Council Stormwater Drainage Assets Policy	This policy protects Council’s stormwater drainage assets while ensuring property owners avoid the cost and inconvenience of removing structures that impede access to an asset when maintenance is required.
Environmentally Sustainable Design Building Policy	The purpose of the Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) Buildings Policy is to manage the social, environmental and financial aspects of Council Buildings. The Policy facilitates a coordinated approach to the management of buildings and provides a clear commitment to achieve sustainability standards in Council buildings.
Supply and Sale of Property Information Policy	To provide guidance, consistency and certainty on how to process requests for property information.

City of Casey Asset Plan 2022-2032	The Plan presents a ten-year blueprint of how Council will deliver and manage $3.5 billion of infrastructure assets to maximise their value, while ensuring they adapt to the needs of our ever-evolving community.
Property Strategy	The purpose of the Casey Property Strategy is to provide a policy framework to guide decision making in relation to Council’s property needs and Council owned land. The Casey Property Strategy identifies five key property functions, being acquisition, leasing, use, maintenance and disposal.
