Our top priority is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of those who attend Council meetings. This is why we have introduced a registration and identification check process for anyone attending a Council meeting in person.
The registration process helps ensure we can provide a safe and secure environment, and allows Council to conduct an orderly meeting.
- Council meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month.
- Registration to attend opens on the Thursday before the next Council meeting.
- Registration to attend closes at 4 pm on the day of the meeting, or when capacity (80 people) is reached.
- Council meetings are freely livestreamed on the Casey Facebook page and YouTube channel.
What you will need to register
We will require your first and last name and home address for identification purposes.
Personal data collected during the registration process will be treated in accordance with the applicable privacy laws and the City of Casey Privacy Policy.
