Co-ordinate the actions of developers, infrastructure service providers, public authorities and Council in Lynbrook and Lyndhurst.
Scope
It applies to the area bounded by: Northey Road / Olive road to the North; Western Port Highway to the West; Thompsons Road to the South and Evans Road / South Gippsland Highway / Hallam South Road to the East.
