If you are a private building surveyor, please follow the below steps.

Existing users can log in via eProperty.
New users can register by emailing buildingss@casey.vic.gov.au
New users waiting for log in details can email Section 30 documents to lodgements@casey.vic.gov.au

If you can't remember your login details, please contact buildingss@casey.vic.gov.au.

Lodge the Section 30 documents and pay the fee. Fill out the relevant information and attach the required supporting documents.
