Live chat support: help us test a new way to contact us online

Unfortunately, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic restrictions have resulted in the temporary closure of our customer service centres. So, while you can’t visit us in person right now, there are a few other ways you can contact us: by phone, email, Facebook, or via digital forms on our website.

We are also testing a new way to contact us: live chat support on our website. We’d love for you to give it a go and send us your feedback about using it. Does it make contacting us easier? More accessible? Did you find what you needed?

How chat support works

When you are visiting our website, you will notice a green “Live chat” tab at the bottom or the lower right-hand corner of the screen. Click this to start a text chat with our friendly Customer Service team.

Because chat support is handled by real people, this service is only available during business hours and when our staff are not busy with other customers.

Please fill out the post-chat survey that appears when you finish live web chat.

How to find the online form you need

Many services—such as pet registrations, rubbish bin collections or food hygiene feedback—offer online forms.

To locate the form you need, please refer to the main body of the the City of Casey homepage. You can also use the search function.
