Use this application form to register prescribed accommodation for rooming houses, hotels, motels, hostels, student dormitories, labour hire accommodation and holiday camps.
The annual registration period is from 1 January to 31 December. If a new registration is first made between 1 July and 31 December, 50% of the following fees will be charged.
Annual registration fees
Once the property has been inspected and the registration has been approved, an invoice for the registration fee will be issued.
