About our community centres

Our Family & Community Centres are places where residents can meet, carry out activities and access much needed community services and programs.

Family & Community Centres offer community spaces available for hire in addition to offering local family’s access to Kindergarten and Maternal & Child Health services.

Autumn Place Community Hub

Autumn Place Community Hub is an integrated community facility, providing the community with Maternal and Child Health services, a kindergarten, a community room with an adjoining kitchen and outdoor space.
