Function Room Packages
For couples wanting to celebrate their wedding with everything in one location while allowing you to customise to your taste.
Option 1 – Reception Only
- Access to the Function Room from 9.00 am – 12.00 am for your reception
Cost: $1425
Option 2 – Ceremony and Reception
- Two hours in the wedding gardens for your ceremony and photo access
- Access to the Function Room from 9.00 am – 12.00 am for your reception.
Cost: $2157
Package includes
- Your selection of ceremony location within the gardens*
- Use of gardens and grounds for your wedding photography*
- Complimentary signs directing guests to your wedding ceremony*
- 40 white americana chairs, signing table and chairs for your ceremony*
- Function room use from 9.00 am to 12.00 am for wedding reception, including up to 100 chairs, 12 white round tables, 10 trestle tables, and a portable dance floor and permanent stage.
- Function room includes catering kitchen and private bathrooms

Public Liability Insurance
Public Liability Fee: $15
An additional $15 fee will be required for private event bookings to cover the hirer for public liability insurance which will cover the hirer against damages and injuries to their guests and other users of the site if they are proven negligent.
