Function space bookings
Myuna Farm has a range of rooms and undercover spaces you can hire for parties and functions. To ensure the space is suitable for your function prior to booking, view spaces online or arrange an in-person inspection.

About the booking
- All bookings have a non-refundable fee of $37 (except The Pavilion which has a booking fee is $287. $250 of this fee will be put towards guest admission on the day of the function).
- All function spaces can be booked from 10 am - 3 pm. Function spaces cannot be accessed before 10am and must be vacated by 3pm on the day of your booking.
- Once you have completed your online booking, you will receive a confirmation email with further details and an invoice.
- Any external vendor/contractor or service provider hired for your function will need to be discussed with Myuna Farm administration staff (Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm).
- If a booking is cancelled due to inclement weather, it will be treated as a standard cancellation.
- In the case of an extreme weather event, the booking can be changed to a new date subject to availability.
- Bookings can be cancelled at any time, but we need 2 weeks notice to re-schedule the booking to a later date.
Guest admission
Admission is charged for all guests over the age of 12 months on the day of the function. Hosts may choose to pay for all guests or have guests pay individually on arrival. Please note The Pavilion function space is a pay all option only, there is no individual payment option for this function space.
Payment options
- Pay for all guests: the host pays admission for all guests attending their function at a group discount price of $8.20 per person over the age of 12 months. The account is to be finalised at the office by 2pm on the day of the function.
- Pay individually: guests pay for their own admission on arrival at our standard price of $10.00 per person over the age of 12 months.
Please note regardless of which payment option chosen, there are minimum guest numbers for each function area (see table below). If the number of guests attending the function is below the required minimum, the difference in admission costs must be paid by the host. Children aged 0-12 months are not included in guest numbers.
Other payment information
- Tractor and pony ride tickets can be purchased on the day.
- All party hosts and guests are required to check in with our staff on arrival at the farm. Please inform your guests to identify themselves as function guests, they will be charged/admitted as per the booking information and directed to your function space.
Further information
- Function spaces have access to a gas BBQ, remember to bring utensils, and cooking oils.
- Pie warmer operation (if applicable) – refer to pie warmer attachment in your confirmation email.
- Any electrical equipment must be tested and tagged by a qualified electrician before you are permitted to use it at Myuna Farm.
- At the end of your function please ensure all belongings, decorations and rubbish are removed. There are bins and cleaning equipment provided. The function space must be vacated by 3.00pm to allow our staff time to ensure the room is prepared for the next day.
- All function spaces have set room capacities for attendance. Extra equipment for the function space is not available. Please ensure that you review the room description and capacity prior to booking.
