City of Casey is passionate about improving the health and well-being of Casey women. No matter your age, background, ability, fitness level, shape or size, you can embrace exercise in any way that suits you and learn to live a healthier and happier life.

Ways to get active

There is a wide list of activities and classes to try. These are all beginner-friendly, with patient instructors who are excited to meet you!

  • Yoga
  • Pilates
  • Body Art (uses exercises from yoga, Pilates and tai chi)
  • Badminton
  • Mums and Bubs Yoga
  • Walking group
