Price
There are three types of rates for hire fees:
- Community rate – e.g. community groups
- Standard rate – e.g. for business and commercial hire
- Function rate – e.g. for private casual hire

- Community rate: $42.70
- Community rate for Hall 1 and Commercial Kitchen: $53.40
- Standard rate: $58.70
- Standard rate for Hall 1 and Commercial Kitchen: $75.20
- Function rate: $70.10
- Function rate for Hall 1 and Commercial Kitchen: $89.80
Additional fees
Additional fees apply for private events, larger events, events with alcohol and events that are deemed high risk. Additional fees may also apply to other events held after-hours.

Bond
A bond will be charged for each room to cover the costs of any damage to the room caused directly by the hirer’s actions. The bond will be fully refunded at the end of the hire term if there is no damage to the facility. When you book two rooms, the higher bond will be accepted for both spaces.
- Private use: $1000
- Community groups or business hire: $500
- If you need Public Liability Insurance (community groups and public use only): $15
