The large grassed middle paddock is in the heart of the site. You can book it for engagement parties, wedding receptions, gala dinners, sporting activities and much more.
Make a booking
To make a booking:
- Call us on (03) 9709 9300 to check availability and pay a 50% non-refundable deposit.
- We will send you the booking form with your booking confirmation email.
- Review our Terms and Conditions, then complete and return the booking form to ocf@casey.vic.gov.au or to our office.

- Option 1: 4 hour (no marquee) $463.50
- Option 2: Full day 9.00am – 5.00pm (no marquee) $772.50
- Middle Paddock Hire (Marquee) — $1,236.00*
*Includes exclusive hire of the Middle Paddock for a full day, plus access the day before and the day after for marquee set up and pack down only. Please note: the marquee is not provided - hirers are required to supply and arrange their own marquee.
Public Liability Insurance
Public Liability Fee: $15
An additional $15 fee will be required for private event bookings to cover the hirer for public liability insurance which will cover the hirer against damages and injuries to their guests and other users of the site if they are proven negligent.
Bond
$350 or $1000 depending on the risk level of the function.
Optional Extras
Admin Kitchen $47.50 per hour
The Admin Kitchen located in the administration office building can be hired for an additional charge of $47.50 per hour. This space is often booked for people who need access to a fridge/freezer/oven and require space to prepare and store their food.
