The Development Contributions Plan has been developed to support the provision of works, services, and facilities within the area.

Scope

The area generally bounded by the South Gippsland Highway, Thompsons Road, Narre Warren-Cranbourne Road and the (future) Cranbourne Bypass is covered by Local Structure Plan (LSP) 6.
