Rooms and facilities for hire at the Factory

Rehearsal Room 1 is our largest room (19.2m x 9.3m) on the ground floor and is suitable for a range of uses including dance, theatre, choral and concert bands.

Rehearsal Room 2 is our third largest room and is located on the ground floor (9.1m x 7.3m).

Rehearsal Room 3 upstairs (12m x 8.3m) is our second-largest room.

Located downstairs this room is suited to small group activities, singing lessons and meetings.

Our loud band room is suited to any bands, hip hop artists, drumming groups etc. who play LOUD wanting to rehearse or record. This acoustically treated space measuring 12m x 8.5m in size is the largest of its type in the south east Melbourne region and is suitable for large groups.
