Location

Springleaf Avenue Recreation Reserve (interim name) is located at 20 Springleaf Avenue in Clyde North. This project will transform the area into a vibrant recreational hub for local residents.

Precinct Structure Plan

Springleaf Recreation Reserve (interim name) is identified within the Clyde North Precinct Structure Plan (PSP). The Clyde North Precinct Structure Plan provides guidance for the development and long-term growth of land within the precinct.

This project will be the second recreation reserve delivered which is identified within the Precinct Structure Plan and is aimed at developing high-quality, accessible recreational spaces for the Clyde North community. The plan focuses on creating versatile sports fields, a playground, shared use paths, and community facilities to support various activities and promote community engagement.
