Change the size, add additional or cancel bins
Change your bin package
You can change your bin package at any time. Your rates will then be amended with the new fees. Leave your bin empty on the nature strip after the following collection and we will swap it over within three business days.
Order or cancel additional bins
You can order additional bins if your current bins do not meet your household's needs. One additional bin of each type can be ordered.
Residents must have the larger 120L rubbish bin before requesting another.
Additional bin fees
A non-refundable minimum fee for 6 months will be charged.

A fee exemption may apply if waste is caused by an ongoing medical condition. A medical certificate will be required.
You can cancel any of your additional bins at any time. Leave them out empty on the nature strip after their following collection, and we will remove them within three business days. Your rates will be amended.
Ensure you cancel your additional bins before moving out of your home.
