What are the Planning laws that apply to my land?
You can find planning information about your property by downloading a planning property report from the Victorian Government. This report contains information including:
a planning zone map
- separate maps for planning overlays affecting your property
- links to the zone and overlay provisions in the Casey Planning Scheme
- whether your property is included on the Victorian Heritage Register
- whether your property is in a designated bushfire prone area
- areas of Aboriginal and cultural heritage sensitivity.
