Apply for an occupancy permit

Occupancy permits are issued when your building is considered suitable for occupation.

Your building permit will specify whether you require either an occupancy permit or a certificate of final inspection before you occupy the building.

How to apply

You will need to make an application for an occupancy permit to the relevant building surveyor – not to us.
