Report a bin collection issue

If collection issues are reported within 48 hours of the scheduled collection day, we will return and collect the bin within one business day.

Missed bin collection

Wait until after 4:00 PM on the day of collection before reporting. Collection times can vary weekly.

Ensure you put the correct bins out and place them on the nature strip for us to collect.

Jammed bin. Waste remains in the bin after collection.

Please loosen any stuck waste in your bin and place it correctly on the curb for collection.

Due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, I could not put bins out on time.
