NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SELL LAND

PUBLIC NOTICE INVITING SUBMISSIONS UNDER SECTION 114

Casey City Council (Council) acting under Section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Vic) (Act) proposes to sell the parcel of land between 131 and 133 Sladen Street, Cranbourne VIC 3977 - being the hatched land identified and marked A on the plan above.

The proposal is that the property be sold by private treaty to the adjoining landowner.

Any person may make a submission on the proposal. Any person wishing to make a submission must do so in writing by 4:00 pm on Wednesday, 25 March 2026. All submissions will be considered in accordance with section 114 of the Act.
