The City of Casey Council mail rates notices and send reminders via SMS (text message). We never call to ask for payment over the phone.
Please do not give any personal details to callers such as this.
If you receive a suspicious call, please lodge it with the federal government’s Scam Watch website.
If you have already provided personal or financial details to callers claiming to be from the City of Casey, we encourage you to contact your local police.
