NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SELL PROPERTY
Casey City Council (Council) gives notice under section 189 of the Local Government Act 1989 (Act) of its intention to sell the property known as Lot 1 on PS742133R and located at 125 Grices Road, Clyde North (the Proposal). The property is shown hatched on the plan above.
The Proposal is that the property be sold by public auction or expressions of interest.
Any person may make a submission on the Proposal under section 223 of the Act. The closing date for submissions is 18 January 2019. All submissions will be considered in accordance with section 223 of the Act. Submissions may be included in an agenda for a meeting of Council that will be made available to the public.
Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, and can be hand delivered to Council's Office at Bunjil Place, Patrick Northeast Drive Narre Warren or posted to the following address:

Any person requesting to be heard in support of his or her submission is entitled to be heard before Council (or a Committee established by Council for this purpose) or be represented by a person acting on his or her behalf, and will be notified of the time and date of the hearing. A person must clearly state in their submission whether they, or their representatives, wish to speak at the meeting.
