Casey City Council (Council) gives notice under section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act) of its intention to sell part of the land known as Lot A on TP942843E and located at the rear of No 5 Oroya Grove, Clyde (the Proposal). The subject land is shown hatched in red on the provided image.
The proposal is that the property be sold by private treaty to the adjoining landowner.
