
Casey City Council (Council) gives notice under section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act) of its intention to enter into six leases with Ausnet, ACN 603 317 559, for ten electrical kiosks located at the following locations, (the Proposal).

- Lease commencement: To be confirmed
- Lease Term: 30 years
- Rent: $1 per annum
- Permitted use: Electrical substation
