Casey City Council (Council) gives notice under section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Vic) of its intention to grant a carriageway easement (Easement) at part of the property on PC374952R located at 5I Selandra Boulevard, Clyde North (the Proposal).
The Proposal is that the Easement is granted in favour of, and to benefit Lot S4 PS805165E known as 3 Selandra Boulevard. The subject land is shown at E-1 on the plans below is to be set aside as a 3m (foot) carriageway easement.
The Proposal is that the subject easement is to be issued at market value by negotiated agreement.
