Casey City Council (Council) gives notice under section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act) of its intention to grant an easement at part of the property known as Reserve No.2 on LP208135 and part of the property known as Reserve No.1 on LP221010 located at 305 -459I Cranbourne Road, Narre Warren South (the Proposal).
The Proposal is that the Easements are granted in favour of South East Water Corporation in gross pursuant to section 130(3) of the Water Act 1989. The subject land is shown at E-1 on the plans below is to be set aside as a 3.5m sewerage easement.
The Proposal is that the subject easements are to be issued by negotiated agreement.
A person may make a submission on the proposal. Any person proposing to make a submission must do so by May 27, 2024.
