Casey City Council (Council) gives notice under section 112 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act) of its intention to purchase part of the property known as Lot H on PS629110M and located at 499s Evans Road, Lynbrook (the Proposal). The subject land is shown in red on the plan above.
The Proposal is that the subject land be purchased by negotiated agreement.
