Casey City Council (Council) gives notice under section 112 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act) of its intention to purchase part of the property known as Lot 17 on LP 1867 and located at 6 Lyne Street TOORADIN VIC 3980 (the Proposal). The subject land is shown hatched on the plan below.
The Proposal is that the property be purchased by negotiated agreement.
