NOTICE OF INTENTION TO LEASE PROPERTY
Casey City Council (Council) gives notice under Section 115(4) of the Local Government Act 2020 (the Act) of its intention to enter into a lease with Optus Mobile Pty Limited ACN 054 365 696, for part of the land contained in certificate of title volume 12509 folio 099, known as 10 Patterson Road, Clyde, VIC 3978 (the Proposal). The subject land is shown hatched on the plan below.
The principal terms of the proposed lease will be:
- Lease term: 20 years
- Lease commencement: upon execution of the lease agreement
- Further term: not applicable
- Rental of $25,500 per annum plus GST
- Permitted use is constructing, maintaining and operating a telecommunications network and telecommunications service including but not limited to installing, storing, operating, repairing, maintaining, altering and replacing and removal of the equipment consistent with the evolving nature of telecommunications services.
