Melbourne Stars return to Casey Fields for family day

Cricket fans are in for a treat as the Melbourne Stars Family Day returns to Casey Fields on Sunday 14 December from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

This free community event promises a fun-filled day for all ages, featuring:

  • Signing and selfie sessions with the Melbourne Stars playing squad.
  • Interactive activations and roaming entertainment.
  • A variety of food trucks to keep everyone fueled.

Tooradin Ward Councillor, Jennifer Dizon says “The Melbourne Stars Family Day is a crowd favourite amongst the community. We’re pleased to help deliver a fantastic event that offers fun for the whole family and provides a great opportunity for kids to discover their interest in cricket or test out their skills in the nets.”  

City of Casey Mayor Cr Stefan Koomen says “Council is proud to continue its partnership with the Melbourne Stars as they grow their fan base and community initiatives in the south-east of Melbourne and inspire the next generation of cricket stars.”

Melbourne Stars General Manager Max Abbott says “The Melbourne Stars Family Day is a highlight of the summer, bringing our players and fans together for what has become an annual tradition.”
