Notice of intention to acquire land - Volk Road

Volk Road

Casey City Council (Council) gives notice under section 112 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act) of its intention to acquire an easement at part of the property known as Lot 13 on LP58061 and located at 15 Volk Road, Cranbourne West (the Proposal).  The subject land is shown at E-2 & E-3 on the plan above.  

The Proposal is that the subject easement is to be acquired by negotiated agreement.
