Learner driver program seeks professional driving instructors

Thumbnail

The City of Casey is recruiting professional driving instructors to work with learners on our TAC L2P Program.

The TAC L2P Program assists eligible young Victorian learner drivers (aged 16 and 21) who do not have access to a supervising driver, or an appropriate vehicle, to gain the driving experience required for a probationary license.

Throughout their time on the program, learners and mentors need several lessons with professional driving instructors to help them develop the required skills.

Instructors who speak a language other than English would be beneficial in our multicultural community but is not essential.

If you would like to join our program, please email l2p@casey.vic.gov.au and we will email you more information, including selection criteria and vehicle requirements. Expressions of interest close 4pm, Tuesday 7 December 2021.

For more information visit TAC L2P Program or Casey TAC L2P Program.

The TAC L2P Program is fully funded by the TAC, administered by the Department of Transport and coordinated by the City of Casey. The success of Casey’s TAC L2P Program is possible due to the ongoing support from Berwick Motor Group who supplies two fully maintained vehicles used for the program.
