IBAC Court Proceedings – 2 February 2026

The City of Casey acknowledges that the next stage of the legal process relating to IBAC’s Operation Sandon investigation is scheduled to proceed before the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 2 February 2026.

As this matter remains before the Courts, Council will not be commenting further.

We remain focused on continuing to strengthen governance, integrity and transparency, and on delivering services and positive outcomes for our community.
