Customer Service Centres
Our Narre Warren and Cranbourne Customer Service Centres will be closed from Monday 25 December to Monday 1 January, both reopening on Tuesday 2 January for our normal business hours.
Customer Service will be available via phone, chat or email from Wednesday 27 December to Friday 29 December, 9.00 am to 4.00 pm. We will be closed Monday 25 December, Tuesday 26 December and Monday 1 January.
From Tuesday 2 January, we will return to our normal business hours.
