As we wish all residents a safe and happy festive season, we would like to advise that our Customer Service operating hours will be altered throughout the Christmas and New Year period.
Customer Service Centres
Our Narre Warren and Cranbourne Customer Service Centres will be closed from midday Tuesday, 24 December, to Wednesday, 1 January. Both will reopen on Thursday, 2 January, for normal business hours.
Customer Service will be available via phone, chat, or email on Friday, 27 December, Monday, 30 December, and Tuesday, 31 December, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. We will be closed on Wednesday, 25 December, Thursday, 26 December, and Wednesday, 1 January.
From Thursday, 2 January, we will return to our normal business hours.
