SWAN Cobbers: Plant a Tree with your children

Meet and chat with other father figures of children with a genetic condition

The SWAN Cobbers father figures' group is for men who care for a child who has a rare or undiagnosed genetic condition. It can be hard to find someone to talk to who is going through a similar experience. All of the men in the SWAN Cobbers understand.

In June, you and your children are invited to join us to plant some trees. This will not only be a lot of fun and a great memory to create with your kids, but you will also be helping us green our planet!
