This interactive workshop will help participants to explores how understanding their own communication style and recognising the styles of others can lead to stronger collaboration and effective community engagement. Using the Social Styles Model, participants will gain insight into how to lead with authenticity, adapt with purpose and engage with diverse communities.
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
Identify their own social style (Analytical, Driver, Amiable, Expressive) and recognise the styles of others.
Understand how different social styles influence leadership, communication and decision-making in community settings.
Adapt their communication and leadership approaches to connect effectively with a broad range of people.
Design community engagement processes that are inclusive, responsive and aligned to the needs of diverse community groups.
Apply leadership behaviours that support collaboration, shared ownership and sustainable outcomes.
